Raquel Allegra originally moved to LA to pursue a singing career. While working her day she developed a fan club of frequent customers who coveted her personal hand affected clothing. The singer went into production and began hand-deconstructing shirts she was able to get from inmates of the LA County Jail. You can find her shirts on the bodies of Agyness Deyn, Kate Moss, the Olsens, and Erin Wasson.
